About OEM:
While many ready-made clothing patterns can be used for free on our website, OEM is warmly welcome because designer retains total own
control over the design including the pattern, label, tag and bag etc, which makes every brand unique and life colorful!
As we have cooperated with many clothing and accessory factories, every details of OEM are very familiar to us. However, in order to make the
process sufficient, here are some tips for your reference:
— For Clothing OEM
1, If original sample is available, send us for details checking, but digital pattern is also workable for us.
2, Choose your designs, fabric can be printed accordingly, please note that there should be max 2 design for 300 pieces
3, Proto sample will be made for fitting and quality checking if needed to make adjustment.
4, Once all the details are approved, production starts.
— For OEM of Label, Tag and Packing Bag
1, If original sample is available, send us for details checking, but digital pattern is also workable for us.
2, Once size and material are confirmed, the sample will be made for quality checking.
3, The production starts when the sample is approved.
PT1. --- Production Time
Sample orders finished in about 7 days, Fabric Bulk order finished in about 2-4 weeks. Products Bulk Order in 3-4 weeks.
PT2. --- Delivery Info
Pls make sure the delivery address and Telephone No. is correct when you sign up on website.
PT3. --- Shipping Option
We use Express for sample and bulk shipping, like FedEx, DHL or Other Express, usually it takes 3-7 days to most countries.
PT4. --- Tracking
The tracking will be offered as soon as the package sent out.
PT5. --- Urgent or Special needs
If you need something special or in a hurry, please let us know and I would be more than happy to accommodate you!
PT6. --- Tax and Duties
We always value low to help you avoid tax or save tax for sample and bulk order.
Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, when it happens.

AI, TIF, PSD, JPG, PDF, etc are all accpetable for printing,
300 DPI is needed for best printing effect.
Make sure the file seamless and no flaws.
Make sure the file size is original and correct for printing.

Payment Policy:
Buyers can now make purchases with PayPal payment, Western Union, Credit Card or Debit Card
If you would like a printed receipt for your order, please let me know and I would be glad to include one in the shipment of your items.
Refund Policy:
It is our intention to display images and descriptions of designs as richly and accurately as possible, but we recognize that the online buyer is deprived of the tactile experience. If you don't adore your items, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. You will be refunded (minus shipping charges) via PayPal once the items in their original condition have been returned to me. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of any item being faulty, we will either refund or send a replacement.
Please note that cut lengths of fabrics and sewing trims cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom and bulk orders are not refundable unless faulty.
