Shipping Methods

Small parcels are delivered via Economy Express or couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc., depending on your timeliness preferences and choices. For large wholesale orders, we offer shipping by sea or air. If you have your own courier account or a preferred freight forwarder, we can use your account for shipping. Due to our large shipment volumes, we have access to discounted rates across various shipping methods. For wholesale custom orders, we recommend contacting us for a price comparison before making a decision.
 

Processing Time

We want you to get your order as quickly as possible! Once you place an order, we’ll process it within 7-10 workdays as production time. Please double-check your shipping address, as changes cannot be made after your order is shipped. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding China's holidays).

Delivery and Service
At Prinstitch, we prioritize product quality, excellent service, and fast delivery. Leveraging our strong industrial advantages in China and our one-stop production facilities, we process and arrange production within 24 hours of receiving an order. This ensures that every product meets the high standards we’ve established over time. Production times vary depending on the product, as detailed on each product page, and shipping times are additional. Delivery does not have to be made to the billing address, which is useful for ensuring package acceptance or sending gifts. Prinstitch does not count weekends or public holidays as production days. Please note that packages cannot be delivered to PO box addresses in the United States.
 

Tariffs
Prinstitch declares a limited value according to the tariff requirements of different countries to help customers reduce tariffs. Most orders are shipped as samples or gifts. If taxes are generated, we will not be able to bear them because policies vary from countries, hope your understanding. If you want to understand local tariff policies, you can visit the government tariff website or contact us for assistance.

Since your Prinstitch order is shipped internationally, additional costs such as tariffs and administrative fees may apply, which are beyond our control and non-refundable. We recommend checking the specific customs or import tariff policies of your delivery country/region.

Service Fee
This is a fee charged by third-party payment tools when customers follow up on different payment methods. It is generally around 3.9%, depending on the payment tool you choose.
 

Severe Weather Conditions
Severe weather conditions may affect delivery to certain areas. To minimize delays, we work closely with multiple carriers, including Postal, FedEx, UPS, and others, to avoid disruptions. When your order is shipped, we will notice you of the carrier used. Delivery service updates can be found on the carrier’s website (a link is provided in your order information) as well as local weather news.
 

International Fast Worldwide Shipping
Most international deliveries reach customers within 3–5 business days with FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT and 8-15 business days with Economy Express, or similar services as our default international shipping option. We recommend this service for its detailed tracking and guaranteed fast delivery. Depending on the destination, delivery can take as little as 2 days to major cities and up to 4 days on average. For remote areas, shipping costs and times may vary significantly, and Prinstitch may need to pass on remote area surcharges imposed by the carrier. Deliveries may also incur local taxes and fees, which are administered by the local territory and are beyond Prinstitch’s control.
