Order Questions

1.What are the steps for placing an order for custom fabric/products ?

  For most items, you will firstly need to sign up with your address and telephone number, and select a product and type the quantity, then select a shipping method before payment finalized. *You can also choose to customize your product with a design from "Select design" on select items, or upload your own artwork/ share your download link on the desired product. *For any custom printed fabric or custom sewing products, pls contact us for more help, our sales is on call.

2.Do you offer strike off or sampling for quality checking ?

  Yes, instock strike offs / samples are ready to check. If you have own fabric or sewn sample to match, pls inquire for more details.

3.How can I determine the status of my order?

  The arrival date of your order depends on several factors: The production time, The shipping method and destination you choose. The day/time your proof is approved. Production will not begin until your proof is sent. To check the status of your order, you can enter your specific order number and the email address of the person who placed the order. Our production and shipping times are based on ordinary business days.

4.Will I receive a confirmation order once order placed ?

  Sure, you will be sent a confirmation email soon after placing your order online. Be aware that email messages can land in junk/spam folders; please be sure to check those folders if your confirmation email has not arrived. Note: Your confirmation email ensures we have received your order but does not guarantee that your order is in production. If you did not approve your order online, you will receive a proof via email that must be approved by you before we can proceed with your order.

5.What's your turnaround time ?

  For fabric : 7-10 days for meter samples, 15-25 days for bulk order.
  For product : 10-12 days for sample, 20-30 days for bulk order.

 

Wholesale Questions

1.Are you a factory in China ?

  We are a fabric printing company with own sewing team has been focusing on custom printed fabric and products area for more than 10 years. We'll never let you down if we could have a chance to work with you.

2.How do I access wholesale discount ?

  Large wholesale pricing can be applied from your sales after contacting us by email, the bulk pricing listed right on some of our product pages are for reference ! Small wholesale discount can be applied directly in your cart automatically.

3.What's your payment method ?

  50%deposit before production, 50%balance plus shipping before delivery  Paypal.

4.Do you have confidential agreements for custom designs ?

  Yes, we've been working in custom printing area for more than 10 years and knowing how it matters. We respect property rights of our customers and protect their information and files from being leaked. At the same time, we use software to lock pictures so that they are not shared out of the company without permission.

 

Delivery Questions

1.How much is delivery?

  Estimated delivery costs are displayed on the first page of your order. Simply select an item to customize, enter the quantity and your ZIP code, and the available delivery methods and costs will be shown. If you require a special delivery method or have specific delivery instructions, please reach out to your account representative.

2.How many shipping methods do you have? Can I choose sea shipping?

  The shipping way depends on customer's choice, as well as the volume of order, we will suggest the best way to go. Small order : express or postage Wholesale order : sea shipping or Air freight Our sales representative will offer quotation for comparison.

 

3.Where will my order be delivered from?

  China

4.Do you offer drop shipping?

  We take requests for drop shipping, which is delivering to a location that is not your own, ex., delivering directly to a client or customer's location. We can ship multiple products to multiple locations. However, this may incur an additional cost. You must send us an Excel spreadsheet or Word document with the full ship-to addresses and specifications if products are to be delivered to more than one location.

5.What's rough estimated delivery time for each shipping way ?

  Express ( FedEx, DHL, UPS etc ) : 3- 7 days Air Freight : 7 - 10 days Postage : 15 - 25 days Sea shipping : 20-35 days

 

Design Questions

1.What are PMS Colors and CMYK Values?

  The PMS is a standardized color reproduction system that provides more accurate shades of selected colors. Each PMS color is assigned a unique number, offering greater precision than CMYK, making it ideal for logos and branding. CMYK, on the other hand, is a four-color process that combines the primary colors of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black in layers to create your desired color. CMYK is most suitable for imprints that require multiple colors, such as photographs.

2.Do you keep customer artwork on file?

  We typically keep our customers' artwork/designs on file for about two years.

3.What type of image file do I need to upload?

  The format of file can be TIF,PSD,PNG,AI,JPEG and so on. - 300DPI is highly recommended to make the best printing effect. -If the file is too big, suggest to upload the file to cloud storage(dropbox, google driver, or wetransfer) and share the link to download.

4.Do you offer help with artwork?

  We have our own design team to help design or check the correctness of your designs. If you have any design requirements, such as needing us to copy the pattern according to the provided sample, you can contact us via email.
